(FOX40.COM) — Deputies in San Joaquin County recovered 43 bags of stolen fertilizer and arrested a suspect after a failed getaway attempt involving a truck and an orchard, authorities said.
The incident happened late Monday night in Linden after alarm monitoring at Scotts Company alerted the San Joaquin County Sheriff’s Office to a theft in progress.
