Two Stockton killings leave homeless community grieving, advocate says

STOCKTON, Calif. — Two fatal shootings involving members of Stockton’s homeless community in less than a week have left advocates grieving and calling for change.

The shootings happened near separate railroad tracks in Stockton during daylight hours Thursday and Saturday.
