A massive fire engulfed a warehouse in an industrial complex west of Tracy on Thursday afternoon, billowing huge plumes of black smoke into the air.
The warehouse is a more than 1 million-square-foot facility located in the Prologis International Park of Commerce, about seven miles west of Tracy. The building was fully engulfed, uncontained and threatening other structures as of 3 p.m.
