Modesto man sentenced to 10 years in prison for conspiracy to distribute fentanyl, methamphetamine

SACRAMENTO, Calif. – A Modesto man was sentenced to 10 years in prison Tuesday for selling fentanyl and methamphetamine on the dark web.

The United States Department of Justice says that 37-year-old Devlin Hosner of Modesto pleaded guilty to conspiracy charges after making hundreds of thousands of dollars from the illegal operation.

Court documents revealed that Hosner and co-defendant 36-year-old Holly Adams sold fentanyl-laced counterfeit oxycodone pills and methamphetamine through dark web platforms…
