MANTECA, Calif — An Antioch man was arrested in connection with Manteca “bank jugging” cases totaling more than $78,000 in losses.
Manteca police said the arrest came after officers launched a surveillance operation at a Wells Fargo bank on North Main Street after a series of thefts tied to bank jugging incidents dating back to April 2026.
