Grupe Real Estate recently announced it will be closing after more than five decades serving the community.
Grupe Real Estate is a local real estate company with three offices in Stockton, Lodi and Rio Vista. Its Stockton location is at 3203 W. March Lane, Suite 130. The agency’s website currently lists 18 agents across all three offices.
“With heartfelt gratitude, Grupe Real Estate says farewell. For more than 50 years, it has been our honor to serve this community, guiding buyers, sellers, and generations of families who trusted us with one of life’s biggest decisions,” Grupe Real Estate said in a statement on June 16, posted on Facebook. “As Fritz approaches his 90th year, we close this chapter with pride, gratitude, and deep appreciation for the relationships built along the way.
