(FOX40.COM) — A Mexican national illegally living in Stockton who pleaded guilty to operating a “substantial” drug-trafficking operation was sentenced to prison on Wednesday, officials said.
Felix Ortiz-Plata, 45, was sentenced to 16 years and three months in prison for conspiracy to distribute methamphetamine, the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of California announced.
