Three-alarm Stockton warehouse fire damages multiple buildings, no injuries

STOCKTON, Calif. — Stockton firefighters brought a three-alarm warehouse fire under control Friday afternoon after flames spread rapidly through a metal warehouse and threatened nearby buildings.

Fire crews responded around 12:30 p.m. to the 300 block of North Harrison Street, where they found a single-story metal warehouse fully involved, Stockton Fire Department Chief Bryan Carr said.

Firefighters initially launched an interior attack but were forced to pull out as the fire spread too quickly. Crews switched to a defensive attack and called a third alarm, bringing about 40 personnel, eight engines and three ladder trucks to the scene…
