A San Joaquin County jury has convicted a man on multiple felony drug charges after prosecutors said he operated a drug manufacturing lab inside his apartment.
Paul Thomas was found guilty June 25 of manufacturing a controlled substance and possessing cocaine, cocaine base, methamphetamine, heroin, and fentanyl for sale, according to the San Joaquin District Attorney’s Office.
