STOCKTON, Calif. — Leaders in Stockton celebrated the completion of the multi-million-dollar East Channel Street Streetscape and Connectivity Project Thursday, reopening a key downtown corridor.
Starting near the downtown Amtrak and ACE station, officials said the project is designed to better connect the station with Stockton’s downtown core.
