(FOX40.COM) — A 30-year-old man was arrested in connection with the fatal hit-and-run crash that left a bicyclist and two dogs dead in San Joaquin County, according to the California Highway Patrol.
CHP said the driver of an unknown car hit and killed a bicyclist and their two dogs, then fled around 10:18 a.m. on June 27 on westbound Eight Mile Road east of Interstate 5.
