The California Highway Patrol will conduct a special enforcement operation in the Turlock area next month targeting motorists who illegally pass stopped school buses, officials announced Friday.
The operation is scheduled for Sept. 4 and will take place at multiple locations along Turlock Unified School District bus routes, according to the CHP.
