(FOX40.COM) — A vehicle fatally hit a pedestrian early Tuesday morning in Stockton, officials said.
Officers with the Stockton Police Department were dispatched to a crash reported around 2:58 a.m. at Carolyn Weston Boulevard and Manthey Road in the Seaport District, Stockton police said.
