Two men were arrested after recreational target shooting sent bullets toward an occupied building and nearly struck an Oakdale police officer, authorities said.
Officers responded about 5 p.m. Aug. 27 to the 700 block of Wakefield Court after receiving multiple reports of gunfire, according to the Police Department.
