(FOX40.COM) — A man was rescued Sunday from a stormwater vault under a bridge, according to the Modesto Fire Department.
MPD said crews responded to a rescue call around 11:05 a.m. in the 600 block of El Vista Avenue. They arrived to find a man 20 feet below ground level in a stormwater vault.
Additional units, including a technical rescue crew for a confined space were dispatched.
