(FOX40.COM) — A man was arrested after biting and disfiguring a victim before kicking an officer, according to the Stockton Police Department.
SPD said the victim, a 58-year-old man, and the known suspect, identified as 23-year-old Lucas Lillo, were together around 3:11 a.m. in the 3500 Block of West Benjamin Holt Drive in the Lakeview District.
Lillo then repeatedly hit and bit the victim, causing disfigurement. Officers arrived and arrested the suspect as the victim was taken to the hospital for non-life-threatening injuries…
