(FOX40.COM) — Three people in Stanislaus County were arrested after officers found them in possession of a stolen vehicle and stolen power tools, the California High Patrol announced Thursday.
Recently, CHP officers found a stolen vehicle near Sutter and Rouse avenues in the Rouse area, an unincorporated community outside Modesto.
Officers searched the vehicle and found brand new power tools stolen from an area retail store, CHP says. A photo provided shows the vehicle and two boxed chainsaws.
The two passengers allegedly stole the chainsaws while the driver waited in the stolen “getaway vehicle,” CHP said…
