(FOX40.COM) — A man who shot and killed a wheelchair-bound amputee earlier this year was sentenced to 55 years to life in prison, officials announced Friday.
According to the San Joaquin County District Attorney’s Office, 51-year-old Henry Heath was sentenced on Monday for his involvement in the March murder of Derrick Walthall.
Two others, Amanda Chapple and Brian Hansen, were also sentenced in connection to the shooting. Both were sentenced to five years and four months for their roles in the murder…
