(FOX40.COM) — The Stockton Police Department has responded to a viral video posted on social media that appears to show an upset girl being placed in a car during an officer-led welfare check.
The video was uploaded to Instagram on Friday and has more than two million views as of Sunday morning. It shows Stockton police next to a black car in a residential area as a man carries a visibly upset, kicking child inside and drives away.
