(FOX40.COM) — A repeat DUI offender is facing murder charges after allegedly killing a bicyclist in a hit-and-run crash Monday in Modesto.
Officers responded at about 4 p.m. to reports of the collision, which occurred near Needham Street and McHenry Avenue. They determined a white Chevrolet Silverado was traveling east on Needham when it entered an alley immediately west of McHenry Ave., the Modesto Police Department said in a news release Monday night.
