A Beyer High student suspected of creating threatening social media posts following several fights at the school Friday has been cited under the state Penal Code, the Modesto Police Department reports.
The nature of the threats has not been disclosed, but MPD spokesperson Herman Sahota said by text message on Monday that investigators served search warrants at the student’s home and found no firearms.
