New businesses are coming to north Modesto thanks to entrepreneur Bobby Ismail.
He is developing a suite of businesses along Dale Road in the rapidly expanding area around Kaiser Permanente’s Modesto Medical Center. Drivers may have noticed large banners go up along the fenced area announcing the arrival of Drybar and Zalata Café. Ismail is also bringing two other fitness businesses to the development: FS8 Pilates studio and F45 Training.
Ismail has a background in health and fitness, co-owning Golden Bear Physical Therapy and the area’s first F45 Training, which he opened next to Wildfire Public House, the restaurant he co-owns with his brother John Ismail.
