At about 9:58pm Wednesday night, Turlock Police responded to an assault and battery that had just occurred in front of City Hall in the 100 block of S. Broadway. The caller reported that her ex-boyfriend, John Cunningham, 35, of Turlock, had pushed her, pulled her hair, and dragged her before walking off.
