TURLOCK, Calif – Turlock police announced Tuesday the arrest of a man connected to a November 2023 deadly hit-and-run. Police say Jose Luis Gutierrez-Cruz was arrested after an officer found a vehicle connected to him in the area of Fulkerth Avenue and Tully Road. The officer pulled over Gutierrez-Cruz and he was arrested.
