SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY, Calif. – Update: 11:30 p.m. Power was restored to a Manteca community after a nearly 700 customer outage. However, other outages are still impacting communities across San Joaquin County. At least 1,300 customers across the county are impacted by outages, split among the unincorporated areas of the county and Stockton.
