(FOX40)– A man is in an unknown condition after he was shot by Stockton Police during a domestic dispute with his wife.
At around 9 a.m. on Saturday, the Stockton Police Department responded to the 1500 block of East Eleventh Street for a report of a disturbance that involved a man armed with a knife. The reporting party told officers that their parents were in an argument and that “dad was going to stab mom.”

Upon arrival, officers said they located the man and shot him. Additional details of the incident were not revealed.
Officials said the man was transported to a local hospital in an unknown condition. The woman was also taken to the hospital to be treated for stab wounds. Her condition is unknown. No officers were injured during the incident.
