2 people arrested in Ceres after police get called about neglected dog

CERES, Calif. – Two people were arrested in Ceres Wednesday after police were called about a small dog being neglected, according to a press release. The Ceres Police Department says they got a call Jan. 31 to the 1600 block of Richland Avenue where they found a small brown female French Bulldog with “obvious signs of malnourishment and neglect.”
