KEYES, Calif. – A pedestrian was hit by a passing vehicle Monday morning on southbound Highway 99 near the offramp for East Keyes Road, California Highway Patrol logs show. Police were dispatched to the scene around 5:58 a.m. It appears a person exiting their vehicle was hit by a passing vehicle.
