Multiple arrests made in Northern California fatal shooting

(FOX40.COM) — Three people have been arrested in connection to a June 6 shooting that left a 45-year-old man dead in a San Joaquin County hospital, according to the Stockton Police Department.

The shooting occurred in the 1000 block of W Chapter Way and when officers arrived on the scene they found a man with at least one gunshot wound and transported him to an area hospital.

After homicide detectives took over the investigation, arrest warrants were issued for 50-year-old Herbert Comauex, 39-year-old Karlotta Rasberry and a 17-year-old male juvenile in connection to the homicide.

Comauex was arrested around 11 p.m. on June 11 as officers were investigating an incident in the area of Union and Main Streets.

The following day, during an unrelated call in the 600 block of E Anderson Street, officers arrested Rasberry.

Almost two weeks officers with the Antioch Police Department arrested the teenager while on a call for service.
