BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) – Two roads in Kern County have tied for ninth place in the deadliest roads in California, according to a study by Consumer Affairs. The study reported Highway 178 and the 99 freeway, that runs through Bakersfield, made the list of the top 10 worst roads.
