A 2-year-old boy is now in stable condition following a shooting incident in Stockton yesterday afternoon. The Stockton Police Department responded to an alert at an apartment complex located on the 1200 block of N Commerce Street shortly after 2:30 p.m., finding that the injured child had already been transported to an emergency room for care, CBS News Sacramento reported.
