The search is on for 62-year-old Crystal Valek, a non-verbal woman who went missing yesterday afternoon in Modesto. The Modesto Police Department has turned to the public for help after Valek was last seen wandering near the intersection of McHenry and Orangeburg at approximately 3:00pm. She is described as being about 5’5″ tall, weighing around 130 pounds, and was wearing a dark shirt, blue jeans, and white shoes during the time of her disappearance.
