Música Mexicana chart topper Eslabón Armado to bring show to Bob Hope Theatre in September

Eslabón Armado is coming to Stockton at the end of the summer.

The Billboard Hot 100 group will be performing at the Bob Hope Theatre on Friday, Sept. 20. Doors will open at 7 p.m. and the show will start at 8 p.m., according to the Stockton Live website.

“Eslabon Armado has rapidly risen to prominence in the regional and international music scene, garnering widespread acclaim for their distinctive sound and heartfelt lyrics,” ASM Stockton said in a news release.

The musicians have “amassed a dedicated fanbase drawn to their unique blend of regional Mexican music and contemporary flair,” ASM Stockton stated.

Eslabón Armado’s rise to fame

The four-member regional Mexican music group Eslabón Armado is from the San Joaquin Valley.

The Patterson group was formed in 2017 by brothers Pedro and Brian Tovar and their friend Gabriel Hidalgo, Apple music states on their website.

“The trio’s DIY after-school videos starting gaining traction on social media, eventually getting the attention of executives at influential música-mexicana label DEL Records,” Apple music states.
