The Ceres Police Department has issued a public plea for help in locating David Leadford, an at-risk adult missing since approximately 3:00 PM yesterday. Reportedly last seen on the 3400 block of Puma Way in Ceres, Leadford was described wearing a black t-shirt, a brown hat, and carrying a backpack, the color of which remains unspecified. Officials urge anyone with knowledge of his whereabouts to come forward.
