STOCKTON, Calif. – Two men have been arrested in connection to a homicide that took place back in November 2023. The Stockton Police Department said the homicide happened Nov. 28, 2023 near the 3900 block of North Pershing Avenue. Police said they responded to a call of a person shot and found a 26-year-old man with a gunshot wound. He later died on the scene.
