A 21-year-old Stockton man was arrested Monday for allegedly trying to run over two people with his vehicle, police said. Two men aged 19 and 48 got into a verbal argument with the suspect in the 1600 block of South Airport Way around 12:30 p.m., according to police. When the two men tried to walk away, the suspect allegedly tried to hit them with his vehicle and then fled the area.
