MODESTO- Investigators with the Modesto Police Department are working to determine who shot and killed a man on McHenry Avenue late Thursday night. The incident began Thursday when a call was made to the dispatch center at about 10:30pm reporting gunfire on the 900 block of McHenry Avenue. According to Lieutenant Kalani Souza with the Modesto Police Department, the caller was uncooperative. Officers responded to the area and could find no indication of a shooting.
