TURLOCK – A motorist suffered major injuries after the car he was driving was struck by a big rig Friday evening. The crash happened at about 7:14pm on Lander Avenue near Greenway Avenue. According to an officer from California Highway Patrol, the driver of a red sedan was traveling on Greenway Avenue at a high rate of speed, and per witnesses and surveillance video, did not stop at the stop sign at Lander.
