(FOX40.COM) — One man is dead after he crashed his all-terrain vehicle on railroad tracks, according to the Tracy Police Department.
Around 7:51 p.m. on Sept. 7, TPD said it responded to an ATV accident on the railroad tracks near Chrisman Road and Brichetto Road. Witnesses reported that the individual driving the ATV
collided with a nearby metal cable resulting in significant injuries. Despite life-saving attempts, he was pronounced dead at the scene.
