MODESTO, Calif. – Modesto city leaders say they are on a mission to increase entertainment options in town. On Tuesday, the Modesto City Council will meet to discuss a possible soccer stadium and a partnership with the United Soccer League. Members are expected to approve a letter of intent with USL for both a men’s and women’s soccer team.
