(FOX40.COM) — As tear gas poured out of a Modesto apartment, deputies arrested a man who led law enforcement on a lengthy pursuit that became an hours-long standoff on Monday night, according to the Stanislaus County Sheriff’s Office.
At 9:45 p.m., deputies were working to stop a suspected drunk driver after a vehicle was spotted weaving in and out of traffic.
