SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY, Calif. – Ballots continue to be counted in California, and competitive House seats are still up for grabs. In California’s 9th District, two San Joaquin County natives – Congressman Josh Harder and Kevin Lincoln – are in a close showdown to represent the rural district.
