The Stanislaus County Coroner’s Office is asking for help to locate relatives of a man who died Dec. 2 at Doctors Medical Center after being struck by a vehicle.
Turlock resident David Beard, 63, was struck at about 7:30 p.m. that night at Golden State Boulevard and Golf Road in Turlock.
The investigation by the California Highway Patrol indicated that Beard ran east from the west shoulder, directly into the path of a 2021 Chevrolet pickup traveling north on Golden State Boulevard.
