STOCKTON, Calif. – As last-minute shoppers searched Saturday for gifts to give, law enforcement was searching for those who take. “They do look for people checking doors, people who are kind of scouting, looking around,” said Stockton Police Department Public Information Officer Omer Edhadh. “So those are going to raise suspicion.”
