STOCKTON, Calif. – Two of the three people killed after a chase in Stockton turned deadly Sunday have been identified. The San Joaquin County Medical Examiner’s Office confirmed the driver being chased was identified as 28-year-old Alejo Ruben Elias Jr., of Stockton. One of the two people in the car the suspect hit was identified as Darren Hickerson, 61 of Stockton. The third person remains unidentified.
