WINTON, California — A man was found bleeding in front of a residence on Bobbi Avenue in Winton, prompting an investigation by the Merced County Sheriff’s Office. The incident occurred on March 22, 2025, around 7:30 p.m.Deputies, along with the California Highway Patrol and Merced County Fire, responded to the scene and discovered the man lying on the ground with apparent injuries, believed to be a gunshot wound to the head, according to the Merced County Sheriff’s Office.
