An 18-year-old has been arrested for last week’s fatal shooting of Justice Booth, 20, in a parking lot at Oak Park, Stockton police said.
A U.S. Marshals Task Force located and arrested Kamarion Smith on Tuesday in Stockton, according to officers. Smith was booked into the San Joaquin County Jail to face charges related to the murder of Booth. No motive was given for the midday killing, the city’s eighth homicide of the year.
