Nathaniel Rivera, 27, is considered missing at risk because of medical issues, according to CPD . He is described as being 6 feet 3 inches tall and 300 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes. Rivera was last seen wearing a black hoodie, blue jeans, black hiking boots, and carrying a green backpack.
