Stockton, CA (May 2, 2025) – A motorcyclist sustained injuries following a two-vehicle collision involving an SUV on the southbound lanes of I-5 near the Walnut Grove Road off-ramp on the night of May 1st.
California Highway Patrol units responded to the crash around 10:05 p.m. after reports of a motorcycle being struck in the right-hand shoulder area, roughly a quarter mile south of the off-ramp. The motorcycle was involved in a collision with a white GMC Acadia SUV, and initial reports also mention the involvement of a semi-truck in the vicinity, though the role of the truck remains unclear.
