According to SCDA, the murder happened on August 13, 2020, in Ceres. Gracia became intoxicated and argued with his wife.
SCDA stated that during the argument, Gracia grabbed a revolver and shot his wife in the face. After the 911 call was made by a witness at the house, Garcia was heard saying, “I shot her”…
